- Your data will be safely stored offline on a protected excel spreadsheet and on Google's cloud server. We will undertake best efforts to protect your personal information and to comply with all applicable laws including the laws of the host country where the server is located.
- We will temporarily share the information with the Organizers of the Event.
- If at all, we'transfer your data to other countries, we will protect your personal information and comply with the applicable laws.
- If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer your personal information to the extent permissible by law. - Your personal information will be stored in an offline server (excel sheet) and on Google's cloud server which is encrypted and password protected.
- We are committed to ensuring that your data including personal information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
- Your personal information will remain confidential and apart from the Organizers, no one else will be able to access this data.
- We will automatically delete your personal information after a period of 2 years from the date you submit your personal information to us.
